John W. Wilson, President of J.W. Wilson & Associates, is an economist with over 25 years professional experience in the areas of antitrust, public utility regulation and insurance regulation. Dr. Wilson is a widely published author, and served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the United States Military Academy and as Chief of the Division of Economic Studies at the Federal Power Commission before founding J.W. Wilson & Associates in 1975. Dr. Wilson has testified before state and federal courts, state legislatures, regulatory commissions, insurance commissions and both houses of Congress. Allen G. Buckalew is a Vice President of J.W. Wilson & Associates, and an economist with over 20 years professional experience with telecommunications regulation. He has served as an economist with the Federal Communications Commission and as Associate Director of the National Regulatory Research Institute before joining JWWA in 1980. Mr. Buckalew has testified before state and federal courts, and regulatory commissions, and has provided expert consulting services in Canada, Tanzania, Egypt and Nepal.
